We tour the property with you (or on a video call) and flag keepsakes, documents and anything you want set aside.

We work room by room. Donatable goods go to Omaha-area nonprofits, recyclables get pulled, and sensitive items are handled discreetly.

Broom-clean handoff
You get back an empty, swept property ready for listing, closing, or the next chapter — with the job documented in photos.
